I do not receive an OTP code.

Please follow these advices if you do not receive an OTP code:


- Check that you've entered the phone number correctly. The phone number must start with a country code +XX, e.g. +44. 

- Ensure that your mobile device has a stable and active connection to the network.

- Check if you can receive SMS from other services or people.

- Check for SMS blocking. Some devices have settings that block certain types of messages, including short codes or verification codes. Make sure that your device is not blocking these messages.

- Restart your device.
